We only went for the afternoon for a family reunion but we had a great time.
The campground does host a lot of seasonal users, but there was plenty of room for us.
I never went into the office, but my husband did, and said they were very nice there.
Best weekend of my life spent camping here. Friendly people, beautiful location.
I used the laundry...while it wasn't well tended (I had to empty the trash bag and replace it with one of my own as it was about to overfill), it was clean and the costs were low on the washer/dryer.
We stayed here for our (just shy of two weeks) vacation in Maine. Our family lives close by, and this campground was perfect for our stay! FYI... they do not take debit or credit cards... only cash or personal checks, which I thought was VERY ODD.... I mean, who travels with their check books anymore...and why in the world wouldn't you take the debit/credit cards?? Really odd... BUT, they let us set up our trailer and go get cash from the ATM and pay them when we got back.
I'd definitely stay here again, if and when we ever make it back to Maine.
